The Paintings
The majority of Loveta's work falls into two categories, Texas Landscapes and Garden Florals. The landscapes predominated her early work, and the florals reflect her more recent fascination with other impressionist painters.
One of Loveta's latest accomplishments was winning Best in Show at a recent juried art show at the Fredericksburg Art Gallery, where she had fourteen paintings entered, and six of them sold. Here is her winning entry:
